About Us

ITM is a dynamic, motivated practice which started as ITM Designs in 1995 and registered as Architects in King William’s Town in February of 1996. In the years since our establishment, we have grown steadily with an increasing client base throughout the Border-Kei and Port Elizabeth Regions. We have successfully completed a large number of commissions from both the private sector and Government Departments, nationally and provincially.

We strive at all times to maintain a professional and efficient service, within clients’ budget constraints and we endeavour to devote personal attention to each project and client. Each project is seen as unique, therefore requiring creative, sustainable solutions to the client’s design brief.

Active participation in professional matters through the South African Institute of Architects, the Border-Kei Institute of Architects and SA Institute of Architectural Technologists receive a high priority in order to achieve Continuing Professional Development of all staff members in our practice.

Skills Development

We place a high value on giving aspiring Architects and Technologists an opportunity to gain some valuable experience in an office environment. Some students are taken in during University holidays, while others, who may have to complete a 6 month practical training period are also accommodated, whenever possible. Students are exposed to as broad a spectrum of an Architectural office environment as possible.
